Prepayment
You may reserve this rental by phone or by sending E-mail. Your reservation is subject to availability. A deposit of $150 ($250 for 2 or more weeks) should be sent within 3 days of your reservation.
A confirmation will sent upon receipt of your prepayment. Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Accommodations
A starter supply of bath/face soap, toilet
tissue, bed and bath linens are provided only once at the beginning
of your stay unless other arrangements are made. You may want
to bring large beach towels since the towels provided are only
for the inside the unit. I suggest that if you are going to
spend much time in the water to bring several extra towels.
Coin operated laundry facilities are available in the building
on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. Beach chairs are USUALLY
found in the condo, but I can't guarrantee it. The Island weather
is hard on outdoor chairs and people sometimes leave them on
the beach. If you have one that is in bad shape..go ahead and
throw it away.
Parking
The Resort has plenty of parking which is not the case in many other Island complexes. Security does monitor handicap parking. Some vehicles such as RV's and boats will be asked to park in a designated parking lot.
Cancellation
If a cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a $50.00 cancellation fee, Cancellation within these time periods will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit.
Note: We cannot be responsible for events beyond our control such as bad weather.
Occupancy
The condo is limited to 6 persons. No smoking inside of villa and no pets are allowed in the resort.
The owner reserves the right to refuse reservations based on age, or credit risk.
The resort does not allow towels to hung from balconies. I have provided hooks on the balcony for your convenience. Bikes are not allowed on balconies.
Damages
Guest is responsible to repair any damages to the condo which occur during occupancy beyond normal expected wear and tear. South Carolina laws prohibit the use of charcoal grills in or around villas. There are grills available in designated picnic areas. We cannot be responsible for any lost money or valuables left in the unit or any event beyond our control.
Arrival/Departure
No check in or check out is necessary.
Directions, parking pass and keycode will be sent via email when we receive the balance.
Arrival time is after 4:00pm .
Departure is by 10:00am
Phones
There is a phone in the unit that can be used for unlimited free local calls. Please make arrangements for your long distance calls to be collect or credit card.

Directions
Take Interstate 95 to exit 8 (mile post 8) in South Carolina. Exit onto Highway 278 and turn East to Hilton Head Island. Proceed 18.8 miles and you will be over the bridge onto the Island. Stay to the right and take the 278 business route (not the toll road). Continue to Folly Field Rd. Turn left and proceed about ¼ mile to the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort on your right. Drive directly to the security shack and present the pass that will be sent to you. (Folly Field Rd. is just past Port Royal Plantation. There is minature golf on the corner where you turn.
